moo:d kafé ( moo:d coffee) — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

This is a really ambient and peaceful cafe tucked away in a local area! I discovered it because I live super close so it’s convenient if I ever want somewhere quiet to work.

There is WiFi and fans and a swinging bench ! I believe there is also a small a/c room in the evening. You can sit and hear the sounds of nature as the street is very calm aside from the occasional passing scooter.

The smoothies bowls are affordable but they weren’t my favorite. The consistency was too loose and watery. Also, I could do without the cornflakes. I also ordered a cappuccino and it was average. You can order non dairy coffee & matcha and sugar free bowls so that’s a plus.

The two ladies working were nice. The order took a little long but it was ok. cash only.

My bf and I ordered matcha coconut latte and strawberry yoghurt drink but both of them had too much ice in it, didn't taste right. I'm from Japan so I know the real taste of matcha, they didn't put enough matcha and didn't really feel the coconut the drink was supposed to have. Very disappointing as the reviews were great, had too high expectations. Maybe I should've ordered coffee instead of matcha.

The staff were kind and nice, decorations were nice ask well. Just the indoor room had no ac and smelled too much...

4.5/5 stars. Drinks were decent - somehow my coconut matcha latte tasted more like dairy milk instead of coconut milk, but still not bad. Salt coffee was nice.

Smoothie bowl was decent too, price and taste wise. More runny than I wouldve liked, but still not too bad. Berry one tasted better to me than peanut choco banana.

Seating area outside can get quite warm in the noon, would've been nice if there were more fans around. Otherwise they also have an air conditioned room with...
