Came here 15 after 2 and they were still setting up. Ordered gyozas and beef ramen and it took almost an hour for my food to come out. I hope it’s not like that all the time for those that dine in often.
Gyoza was alright. It wasn’t terrible but I’ve had better gyozas elsewhere. The beef udon was decent. The broth was flavorful, not too bland and not too salty.
My total came out to 190k. I paid with a 200k bill but they didn’t have change yet? So they asked if I could do a money transfer instead. I don’t live in Vietnam so I don’t have a bank account set up. So just a heads up to any foreigners should you choose to go early, this could happen to you.
I’ve eaten at plenty of ramen restaurants in HCMC so I’m using that as a measuring stick for the ramen joints that I eat elsewhere. And honestly, I haven’t had anything close to the quality that of the ramen in HCMC.
If I have to describe Naruto Ramen in one word it would be forgetful. It’s not a place where I’ll come back to Da Nang one day and say “Hey! Let’s go to Naruto Ramen!” When I’m...
Read moreWe like the food at this place and it is open until late. The miso ramen, goyoza and teriyaki chicken are particularly good. The only disappointing point is that the tables were stickly and not wiped down with a wet cloth after the previous diners. The table mats weren't clean. We asked for our table to be cleaned and it was just wiped over with a dry cloth. The table was still not clean and was very sticky to the touch. This place can get busy and there is only one member of staff to serve customers, make drinks, place orders and issue bills. It's a lot to do for one person and that's probably why the table cleaning isn't kept on top of. Everything else is great. Please clean the tables before your...

The restaurant has an oddly unpleasant smell. A cat emerged from what appeared to be a storage area for ingredients, which shows a complete lack of hygiene. The ramen had a weak broth, and the noodles were powdery and unappetizing. The fried rice was overly salty and contained eggshells (see photo). The green onions in the ramen were unbearably bad.
I couldn't tolerate such low-quality food being served under the name of NARUTO, so I reported it to...
