BAD sushi and POOR service

My family went there for dinner and ordered the fatty tuna, it came out frozen, we asked for the fresh one as it should be served and they proceeded to use water to melt it out. We refused for this to be done but the manager came out and insisted this is how it should be even though we didn’t agree. We didn’t want to argue too much with such bad management so we still accepted to pay for it. When we asked for the bill, The waitress brought the bill out and left it on the table showing the lack of respect for our group. However, with the lack of respect shown by the manager we are not surprised that the waitress is allowed to act this way. Quán ăn ngon. Menu đa dạng, có nhiều món nhật, từ sashimi, cơm , sushi, lẩu, ramen, mỳ lạnh, quán nướng. Giá thì hơi cao, phân khúc cao. Nhân viên ổn phục vụ ổn. Đỗ xe hơi khó vì đường đông quán. Quán có nhiều bàn, nhiều không gian. Có bàn riêng tới phòng riêng. Nếu được thì nên thử quán này.
