Saigon Taste (Bar & Eatery) — Restaurant in Da Lat City

I have never been in awe of a bar in my life until I set foot in this place. The decor, ambience, and most important drinks (which are 99k btw, shocking I know), everything just screams dedication to the art of mixology and bar culture. I have been to so many bars in HCMC and this blows everything out of the water. If you’re looking for a chill time or a good drink to end the day, come to this bar. (We’ve tried the Negroni, whisky sour, Da Lat sling sling and Sazerac, all amazingly mixed)

Edit 1: We ordered some signatures (Plain Love and Fizzy Violete - last pic) and were not disappointed. The former is floral and the latter is reminiscent of caramel popcorn, which I can’t get enough of. Really...

30/07/2024 A Warm and Cozy Hideaway

We went to Saigon Taste last night...a cold and rainy night in Dalat. A fire was just getting stoked in the fireplace which was a great start. From there we ordered our cocktails, whiskey sour and margarita. They both were fabulous! We decided on the smoked platter for our meal and it did not disappoint. The waitstaff, the bartender, the atmosphere, and the overall comfort of this bar/eatery were the perfect solution to the cold rainy days of Dalat!

Not an easy place to find but once you do it's well worth it. The staff is terrific....friendly and eager to please. My grilled pork sausage and craft beers were a perfect Friday night treat.. Definitely will be...

Been here a couple years ago and really liked the place. So i came back this time on this trip. I called earlier to book a table at 7pm.

We were the only customers on monday night. After ordered for 30 mins with no food being served, i asked the staff if the starters were ready please bring them first as we were very hungry and they said the kitchen is preparing the food.

The main course came out first - 10 mins later after i asked the staff. My garlic bread and salad came out last after 45 mins…

I think there was a lack of service and...
