Has been my favourite bar in Hanoi for ages. Service, and quality of product always very good but it has simply lost the run of itself in regards to pricing over the years.
When I first became a regular customer 4 years ago my drink of choice (Yuzu Wheat) was 80k for 400ml. Then it was 90k. Then it was 110k. And in their latest move they have changed its classification from regular to “specialty” despite seemingly changing nothing about the drink itself.
It is now 140k. A 75% increase in cost in just 4 years.
Even back home in Western Europe where inflation is going nuts and prices of pints seem to never stop going up there is no price increase that even comes close to this. It would be like a €5 pint in 2021 becoming €8.75 today. When in reality prices back home have gone from €5 to €5.50 in that time roughly.
And this isn’t an isolated case. A quick glance through their negative reviews and you will see many other long term customers disappointedly tapping out due to dissatisfaction with pricing.
I’m sure some brand leader or manager is going to jump on, throw a bunch of business jargon at me about quality products, high standards, and rising production costs but I’m afraid I don’t buy it anymore. Customers deserve more fairness for...

(I dont know if the table was reserved also for another person, but that was not my problem)When we were ready to go finally paid and after receiving my change before leaving the place the waitress approached again to check if we have paid or not the bill, she took the check and went to the cashier to confirm (like if we were criminals). When the cashier told her we have already paid she let us leave the place. When I wanted to take my motobike I couldnt find it because they moved it and nobody told us, spent 5 minutes trying to find it until I found it. The food also was not great this time. Seems like the have New personal. Probably my last time...
