14 stools, 4 tables, pretty small place with one small screen and one large screen mounted on opposite walls. Not sure if this can be called a bar. More a burger stand. Friendly service. Ordered Tracy's Damn Good Burger. I was not asked how I like burger, so I assumed it would come to me in the standard cooked. Bit in to raw meat....I told them that the burger was not cooked. One of the guys asked me if I had wanted it medium rare. Nobody asked. Please remake. They slipped the already topped burger patty out from the burger, slapped it back on the grill, and set the plate aside. Every place I've ever been to remakes the whole burger. (Health & Safety concerns you see) When I got my plate back, the burger was soggy and the fries were cold. HUGE TURN OFF. I don't know why this place got so many good ratings. Did I catch them on a bad day? I will NOT go back. There are much better burger places...

I guess after reading the reviews and just walking in thinking it was the same place. It definitely is not the same how it was months ago. Like people have said in the reviews. The burgers were amazing, Big and juicy, and the fries were so good. Now every other place is better. They d not even use real bacon anymore. They have turkey bacon. Horrible. Yes news is on and the walls are horrible. I give it two stars for one for not being the same. Shameless serving of horrible fries. Bad bacon. Small chicken. And the burger taste somewhat filled with water. Had no taste at all. If you read this please skip this place. I should of read reviews before coming. Win some lose some. But this place is no even close to being more than a two star. Even complaining about fries I still never got any. And to top it. I believe the food went up in price....

Tracy's new place is bigger and brighter than their earlier location. This is not your typical grill or fast food joint. Their burgers are just amazing. Extremely well balanced tastes and perfectly engineered portions. I love the Basic Burger, but one day will be ambitious to attempt the 'Whole Damn Farm' Burger. The meat is big, delicious and cooked to perfection. Bread is very light, thin and fresh. The footer of their invoice says "...No Bullshit...", and they really mean it. Pricing is great and they haven't increased more than a few pennies over the past 5 or 6 years. You can find cheaper, but this is for sure best value for money. Very polite staff and the coldest beer from the cleanest iced glasses in all of Hanoi. Keep it...
