Positives - Large selections of food for the 410k price - Beautiful location next to the lake - Clean and beautiful seating area Negatives - “Artificial” wait time to create lines for hype (I’ll explain below) - There are some tasty food but a lot of bland food too - Some dishes did not taste fresh 2 friends and I arrived at 11:05AM on a Saturday, they open at 11 so there was not a large amount of people. We were told to wait because they are setting up the tables. After 15 mins we were brought to another area where we handed in the ticket given to us. Then we were told to wait again because they were setting up the tables. We waited 15 mins more by then there was around 40 people in the waiting area. We were then led to another building were we could see many empty tables but they didn’t let everyone waiting in. This makes me feel like they wanted there to be a line of people to make the restaurant more busy then it is. I could be wrong but the reason they gave us for making us wait 30 mins was not valid. Otherwise the meal was great, there is a lot of choice of food for the price you pay. I tasted a lot of the meat and it was great but the seafood and sashimi was pretty bland. I did have some prawns that tasted off and some watermelon that tasted like it’s been out for too long. Over all besides the long wait time for unknown reasons I had a good enough experience to come back and try it again in the future. Edit: came back in the evening after pre booking. I was given a table immediately. The last time I was here I was in the International area and this time I was in the Hanoi area. The Hanoi area was a much better experience compared to the International area. Even though I was told the buffet is the same, I felt like the food was replaced much faster and there was more portions so even though there was a lot of people I didn’t have to wait for the more popular dishes. I recommend booking area of time before coming.

It is a really clean, nice, and beautiful place. The staff are nice and polite. It is perfect to host a birthday party or have any type of event or celebrations. The food was great. There were lots of selections. We were at the other side where they mostly serve authentic Vietnamese food. (There are two places, or restaurants, where one is mostly serves authentic Vietnamese and the other one is mostly global, where there are lots more different food and more choices in each than at the other side. Of course you have to pay separate for each side because it’s like they’re like different “restaurants” in the restaurant.) At the side that we were in where they serve mostly authentic Vietnamese food, also had some food that the other side had, but not as much of a selection then there. I eat on both sides and personally, I think that the more global is better, because there are lots and lots and lots more food and variety of food choices where you can choose from and not just basically Vietnamese food. Overall I really do love this place and both sides, I definitely recommend both of them and it was great coming back, so if I have more time (and space in my stomach) then I would definitely come back because it’s such a great place to go to.

Dich Vong Market is one of the oldest and famous markets in Hanoi, located on Xuan Thuy Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District. The market is known for selling a lot of fresh food, clothes, shoes and other household items at reasonable prices. However, after experiencing it firsthand, I have to admit that Dich Vong Market did not meet my expectations of a clean, tidy and diverse market. The first thing that disappointed me was the chaos and mess of the market. The stalls were arranged haphazardly, without clear classification according to the type of goods. Many sellers even occupied the sidewalk, narrowing the way for buyers. The market atmosphere was also very noisy, with the shouting, inviting and arguing of the owners and customers. I felt very uncomfortable and tired when passing through these areas. The second thing that made me unhappy was the lack of hygiene and food safety of the market. I noticed that many fresh foods were not well preserved, exposed to polluted air. Some foods even showed signs of spoilage, such as meat with a bad smell, fruits and vegetables with rotten or wormy spots. I also did not see any strict supervision of the quality and origin of these goods by the authorities. I was worried that if I ate these foods, I would risk getting sick or poisoned. The third thing that made me bored was the lack of diversity and creativity of the market. I did not see many choices of different goods, but only the usual and familiar ones. I also did not see many specialty or unique dishes at the market, but only simple and ordinary ones. I think that Dich Vong Market needs to innovate and update according to the market trend, to attract more customers. In summary, I was not impressed with Dich Vong Market and did not intend to come back here in the future. I hope that the market will be improved in terms of organization, hygiene and diversity, to become a truly attractive and reliable market.

Actually went here 2 times for the last couples of days, so i'm gonna make a brief review on both times as well. 1st visiting: At the beginning, i was not supposed to get into this restaurant. There used to be at least a staff showing customers where to have a seat in every Mon Hue branch i've ever visited, yet what i had experienced was SO WEIRD! As soon as i walked inside with my friend, a female staff was running away from us. Apparently i was getting the menu myself, and desperately waited for some attention (i'm not sure whether this is a new self-catering service or not). We got a slightly different type of ingredients, and the given reason for this was mainly because "the chef accidentally messed up, please bear with this". That was even not a prompt apology from the chief manager. I was totally lost for words, primarily didn't want to make a fuss as i was also rushing for classes, ya unsurprisingly, i was deadly disappointed. 2nd visiting: This time was A LOT better. We were helped from the beginning even tho it was during peak hours. Pretty satisfied then, surprised at the same time at the difference between those two visitings. Food was awesome anw, each dish was such a perfect duplicate of authentic Hue cuisine. I couldn't ask for more though, sauces were well seasoned, veggies were incredibly fresh, soup was absolutely on-point with fine combination of different herbs, you can either call for all food being served at the same time or getting yours straightaway. This 3 star review was mostly coming from the food i'd say! Overall, based on what i've experienced so far, i'm gonna give Nét Huế a vote rather than Món Huế then. Both are literally worth trying if you are really into Middle Region cuisine, yet services of the former is slightly better!

Nice place to go with your family and friends. They have rooms for very big group and also have private rooms for couples. Last time I was there, our group had nearly 30 people and they gave us a room with more than 30 double mattresses. Also in the room, there were lock boxes for you to keep your valuable safe. They also have meeting room, really nice decorated restaurant, the food there are all special local dishes but the taste is just fine. Beside, they have a few play areas for kids like swings, ball play room, grass slide and they have bikes for rent so you can cycling around the resort. The resort also famous for the hot spring. It feels really good when you bathe in the warm water. It will help you ease the effects of stress from work and daily life.

We had our lunch at the Sen Tay Ho as per our tour guide arrangement. There are many decorated areas for photo opportunities outside the restaurant ( Christmas , classic old Chinese decorations etc). There are many staffs who are helpful and efficient. If you are an English speaking visitor, you may need to use your Google translate as some staffs don’t understand your request. There are varieties of food choices ( typical Vietnamese pho noodle to Chinese food, sushi , roast meats , seafood and wide range for dessert 🍮). There are stations that they can make your noodle and soup for you on the spot. Overall good experience.
