Had a fantastic meal here celebrating a friend's birthday. The eel, shrimp, and pork rib soup was delicious - a flavorful and hearty combination that really hit the spot. The broth was rich and well-balanced, and all the proteins were cooked perfectly.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. The Bich ngoc was attentive throughout our meal, and they surprised us by bringing complimentary ice cream for our friend's birthday celebration, which was such a thoughtful touch we weren't expecting.

The restaurant has a beautiful, authentic Vietnamese atmosphere with traditional decorative elements that create a warm and inviting dining environment. From the quality of the food to the genuine hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.

We always have great times here ! The foods always so fresh & delicious . We are quite sensitive to MSG & preservatives , but I have no problem eating here . We re from California , the biggest Vietnamese community in USA with many great Vietnamese restaurants but every time time we are back in Hanoi, we always love to visit this very nice, clean restaurant . We also love the staff , very attentive and having good knowledge about the foods in their menus , Ngọc Suốt is one of them. We also love Phong, manager of this location, he really knows what the customers needs and really care to provide us with great experience .
