We had a nice time here and the service is outstanding. The waiter patiently answered questions about the menu. I told him I wanted a drink that wasn’t too sweet, and he offered to let me mix my own proportions for the passion fruit soda- simple syrup, passion fruit juice, and sparking water -at the table. It ended up making 2 glasses worth! We also got a rocket detox juice and it was great. We got a kale salad - delicious. We also ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza - parma ham margarita with burrata and soy garlic beef. We greatly preferred the parma ham margarita pizza- it was highlight of our meal. The burrata and parma were better than that which we tried in Italy. The crust was not quite up to Italian standards, but still good. The soy garlic beef was a little underwhelming. The toppings and crust didn’t meld together. They were just the sum of their (kinda boring) parts, but not more. We also got a bolognese pasta with smoked cheese. It was also underwhelming. Tasty, but no “wow” factor. I would come back and try more menu items with burrata and parma :)
Finally, the atmosphere was upscale and nice. However, the music was really odd— only two songs played every 2-10 minutes, and in between the songs “happy birthday” was played. I totally get why happy birthday is played, but I don’t get why it was always proceeded and followed by the same songs. And when the second song was over, it went...
Read moreI had a horrible experience here a while back. They told me they have a very busy day and all the tables were occupied. I didn't mind waiting and was happy to hang around for a bit because the foods are generally tasty and consistent. Waited for 15-20 minutes or so before they told me a table was finally available. It was located outdoor, with no fan or cooling system, whatsoever. It was a hot day so I asked them whether there's a table inside to which they said no. They asked me would it help if they bring me some hand fans instead. What a weird suggestion! How can I possibly eat and use a manual hand fan at the same time? At a restaurant with the price point like 4P's? So I thanked them and left. If you feel like the outdoor area is not up to par in hot season, please let customers know beforehand and don't make people wait only to find out that's the best you can deliver. It was my first time at this 4P's location and possibly...
Read moreIt was a standard Pizza 4Ps experience until the staff forced us to leave a review on Google. Then they stared at me when I rated on reviews. When they saw me put four stars, they immediately pressed us to put 5 stars. I asked why and they just smiled awkwardly and walked away. I understand it was KPI but they could have a more tactical way in doing it, for example by using discounts, or asking us how they could improve their service if we left only a four star review. I wanted to leave 3 stars actually because they failed to arrange a more quiet and romantic table for us (we were out right next to a family of 5) for our anniversary dinner, but they brought out a small dessert for our celebration, so I will leave them one more star. And of course they shouldn't have forced us to leave a...
