The mostly staff is New. They don’t know how to make special day for couple. Maybe I saw the videos and picture previous they make nice and well organized but when we book they are so messy organizing , even they have a lot of variety, but they don’t know how to create special day for couple they not good at click photos and making videos they have beautiful location and attractive decorations. They should learn how to make video and click photos because it’s important if you decorating for couple should know how to make special day for them as memory. I saw the videos and reference so we went there, but my special days become the worst because they messy, they unorganized things and I complain them, but they replied very late, even they didn’t do anything to make comfortable so I learned every time the beautiful things decorations it’s not the mean the best sometime look beautiful but experience not good because messy,unorganized, unexperienced staff 2mil we expend here and our day became worst, this good location for...

We stayed in room 402 for two nights, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The breakfast was not ready at the scheduled time, and when we requested a packed breakfast for the next day, it was just a piece of bread and a yogurt — far from acceptable.||The breakfast restaurant was uncomfortably hot, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. There was also no safe box in the room, which was inconvenient.||One of the biggest issues was the bathroom — every time we took a shower, the water didn’t drain properly, and the whole floor ended up flooded like a small pool.||On the positive side, the staff were kind and tried to help wherever they could, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix the issues we faced.||This hotel definitely needs improvements in both facilities and service to provide a better...

Rooms nice and comfy, no view of course but not important; rooftop got nice view but very small eating area;

Service so so, nobody help with luggage; quite difficult because entrance has many steps (stairs) to enter; we had to help ourselves The room has no phone to call for room service as well, so we had to go counter when there were no water bottles given to us or whenever we need help

Location, grab is unable to detect the exact location; there were no nearby local food as well; only further down there's a yummy fried banana stall and the marts/convenience stores are quite far away; not much things to walk around this area

Only the lakeview is sth special

Overall, won't want to book here again😌
