Burger King — Restaurant in Hà Nội

This was by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever visited, and among all the restaurants I’ve been to in Hanoi, it had the rudest service overall. Is Burger King really a global brand?

I ordered without realizing the prices were in USD, and when I noticed something was off and asked if the prices were in dollars, the female staff at the counter abruptly told me, “Go, go.” Isn’t that basically telling a customer to get lost?

The prices were outrageously high, but what shocked me more was how the staff treated customers like beggars. I wasn’t even expecting exceptional kindness-just basic courtesy.

I truly hope those working in Hanoi’s tourism industry develop at least a minimal sense of service. I’ve been uncomfortable with people’s attitudes here all week, but thanks to Burger King, Hanoi will go down as the worst destination in all my travels.

If possible, please eat before coming to the airport. Else try to eat something else other than Burger King here. If not just board your flight hungry.

This BK is the worst one I’ve been to and I rarely give 1 star reviews.

Ordered the combo which comes with an ice cream but they dispense and serve the ice cream first. With their inefficiency, by the time you collect your meal, the ice cream has become drinkable soup. The beef patty is dry and hard. Vietnam has amazing beef, but the beef served at BK looks like it was dried under the hot sun before serving Expensive prices that are not justified. The simplest burger combo is 15 USD. I can understand the mark-up for airport food but this is ridiculous, not to mention the poor food quality

I highly recommend to avoid eating at this Burger King. I ordered one cheese burger with a bottle of water. I clearly stated that I only wanted a burger and a bottle of water (without intention of ordering a combo). The staff even confirmed my order and did not mention anything about the combo. The bill came out with 275,000 vnd in total and I realized it’s quite expensive for just a burger and a bottle of water. However I thought that the burger would come in super big size and because this BK branch locates inside the airport and it usually would be more expensive.
