We checked in late and were initially allotted a room on the 5th floor. While walking to the room, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. We hoped the smell wouldn’t be inside the room, but to our surprise, the room itself was filled with smoke odor even after half an hour of ventilation. When we requested a room change, the male receptionist was extremely arrogant, reckless, and showed a lot of attitude. Only after a 15-minute argument did he unwillingly agree to change our room, and we were shifted to the 2nd floor. That room was slightly better, but still not good, as the entire hotel smelled of smoke.

Room cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets had hair and it was quite clear that it has been washed many times and not replaced.
The worst part for me was the service. I prepaid for taxi the night before. I came down at the time I booked. There was another customer who was white, yes unfortunately the stereotype still exists in Vietnam, he carried his luggage down and put him in the taxi. In the morning at checkout I asked if this is the same hotel, they said these rooms posted are in a different area.
