Stayed for one night in a standard double room as a couple.||||Pros:||Closest hotel to the airport. Only a 5-10 minute walk along footpath. Perfect for early departures or late arrivals. Staff were super friendly, waited outside for us for our late check-in and gave us free bottles of water. Room was clean, large and had most facilities including both A/C and fans. Bathroom was a spacious wet room. There was one set of small stairs from the main road to the reception desk and the hotel staff took our luggage up for us. From there, there was an elevator to all the rooms.||||Cons:||Bed was firm but comparable to other hotels in Vietnam. Room was quite basic and a little run down. Bathroom had towels and toilet rolls but lacked toiletries (shampoo, conditioner etc). The only staff we met with couldn't speak English which makes communication for foreigners difficult but he was extremely friendly and made every effort. We walked from the airport but if you wanted to take a taxi it might be difficult since it's so close and not worthwhile for them.||||Would highly recommend for late night arrivals or...

The room was very nice and clean, quite comfortable with air conditioning system and a fan, which was excellent for summer in Hanoi. Bed is comfy and bathroom is ok. The biggest issue I had was the check in process. At first, my booking couldn't be found, then once it was found I asked to pay with credit card, which had a 5% fee which I didn't like but coped it in the chin. The worst part was when they did the conversion to Dongs, the exchange was ridiculously high. I had to do the calculation in front of the receptionist so she didn't charge me more. Walking distance to/from Hanoi international airport... Very convinient for those who have early flights, or those who have connecting flights and want to get a decent sleep or freshen up before the next haul at a very reasonable price. Normal walk will take u about 10 mins, However if u are carrying a huge or heavy luggages, this hotel also provide a shuttle for 60.000 vnd.
