The cashier who took our order was supposed to press the number on the screen to let customers know that the drinks are ready told us that the screen was not working after we waited for 20 mins. While we sat waiting for our drink 2 feet away from him, looking directly at the screen and it was working perfectly fine. He also told us that he called out 3 times but we literrally did not hear anything (again we were only 2 feet away). When we appoached the counter again to complain, there were at least 7-8 drinks sitting on the counter waiting to be claimed. He talked back to us very agressively. Bad service attitude!

Mình đưa hai bạn nhỏ nhà mình uống tại Koi The Vincom Nguyễn Chí Thanh HN, thái độ rất tệ. Bạn bé nhà mình khát nước lọc, mình xin nhân viên 1 cốc nước cho bé uống mà nhận được thái độ lạnh te: Ở đây không bán nước khoáng. Mình nhìn thấy bình nước lọc của các bạn, và giải thích là em bé chỉ cần xin một cốc nước nhỏ, nhưng nhân viên nhìn mình mặt lạnh te và khẳng định lại: Ở đây không bán...

Đồ uống ở Koi rất đặc biệt, thuyết phục được 1 người ít uống trà sữa như mình cũng ko phải dễ nhưng Koi đã làm được điều đó ^^ Các bạn nhân viên rất dễ thương. Đặc biệt ấn tượng với bé nhận order ở Koi Nguyễn Chí Thanh 😁 ( đi ăn hay đi uống luôn bị để ý về cách mà nhân viên mang dịch vụ tới khách hàng - bệnh nghề nghiệp nặng luôn rồi ạ 🙈)
