Maison Marou was founded by the owners Samuel Maruta and Vincent Mourou while doing some soul-searching the forests of Vietnam. They came upon some really fantastic cacao and decided to start a bean-to-bar chocolatier in 2011. By 2016, Maison Marou had expanded to other areas like breakfast, brunch and high tea, making it a complete chocolate experience for its guests…
