Hey Pelo — Restaurant in Hà Nội

For over 1.5 years I have been regularly eating a large 1 kg burrito in this cafe and I remember when it cost only 300k but now the price has increased and the quality has become lame. 50/50 chance that it will be high-quality and tasty or it will have a lot of fat, perhaps it will tear in your hands and flow out onto the table. For the first time I ordered additional French fries and the last time for sure because there was more oil than potatoes in it. I brought the potatoes and asked if this is how it should be, to which I was offered to redo it and make it better. In the video you can see the version they redid. The amount of oil in it is such that you can squeeze it out and give a few more servings of French fries in this oil. The price of potatoes is 60k, which is a whole budget for a Vietnamese for a full lunch or dinner. Perhaps I will have to find an alternative to this cafe because for this money I want to get a high-quality and tasty product, and not a carelessly made burrito and a bad impression of...

Good food, good view with the beautiful purple flowers. However, customer service needs improving. I was looking at the menu while the staffs were talking to each other and careless about me. The space of the restaurant is not open, would much better if improve facilities inside for better experience.

Yeah, I was a staff and maybe that why I had expected a better experience in your restaurant. 7B working place is open, friendly, staffs can talk and chat together or with customers, but we put an eye on them and we serve customers only. We don’t take orders from them but talk with other colleagues at the same time. And I understand chatting during work or joking jf4 are acceptable; however, I won’t chat or play with my colleagues if I’m standing to take orders from customers. Been ordering from here for years and its always been great, one of my favourite cures for hangover lol. Only wrote a review now cause the manager there earned it.

Got some friends visiting and brought them here. One of them cannot eat onion and ordered shakshuka per my recommendation without noticing it has onion in it. We only realised the issue later after we had sat down for a bit and I immediately went to tell the staff but they were already done making it. And onion is cooked in the salad so it couldn’t be removed 🥲 It was entirely our fault but the manager was being extremely nice and offered to make us a new one with different salad.
