The facr i had to give 1 star for each category is upsetting me, the place/food and especially the service is -3 and thats being generous. The restaraunt was emptt, when we were seated they sat people right beside us. Gave us 1 menu, and stood there asking what we wanted, when noone had read the menus, the hovering over us was extreme, extreme hovering is unsettling Got dropped unopened beerz, wrongs orders etc, it doesnt sound like much but it was horrendous, common sense goes a long way, the 6 servers hovering over us had none

The list is endless, they forgot an order and to top it off when clearing one of the serverz picked up a wet wipe and sniffed it in front of us... needless to say no tip was left P.s the pork stir fry...

Unwelcoming and Disappointing — I visited Quán Nho around 5 PM and was really disappointed by the experience. The host and hostess didn’t greet me or make any effort to welcome me. I had to seat myself and even ask for a menu—nothing was offered voluntarily.

When I finally got the menu and chose the roasted duck rice, I was told it was already sold out. At 5 PM, for a dish that’s supposed to be a specialty? That was frustrating enough, but what made it worse was the completely indifferent attitude of the staff. No apology, no alternative suggestions, nothing.
