Tự Châu Veggie - Vegan Mixed Pho, Banhmi & Kombucha — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Must try all veggie spot 🥰 small but so yummy. We were hungry from sightseeing looking for a vegetarian place and luckily stumbled upon this little gem.😍 We had Banh Mi all across Vietnam and these were our absolute favourite. ☺️ The mixed Pho was also yummy as well as the refreshing Kombucha. Delicious and fresh, made with love - and the owner is a very kind, nice and conscious person. Ergo, gotta grab a snack here. We had great conversations on all visits (we came back after discovering this spot) and felt really welcomed. Thank you to the entire team, we felt like we were among family and friends, sharing some thoughts and laughs and food (and you kindly sharing your popcorn with us 😂 my mom loved it). We ordered the Bánh mì Tu Chau Signature Mushroom Sauce and the Bánh mì Hanoian Traditional Vegetarian Mix for lunch, delivered to our hotel through Grab. We didn’t have any expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised—they were sooo good!

The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the fillings were flavorful, juicy, and fresh.

We were so impressed that we planned to visit the shop for an early dinner the next day. Unfortunately, we found out they close slightly earlier at 4pm on Tuesdays, so we didn’t get to dine in at the restaurant. (Luckily, we managed to order them again via Grab and enjoy them at our hotel!)

Tu Chau Veggie is a nice find if you're looking for vegan options in Hanoi. They offer three types of vegan Banh Mi: Hoi An flavor, Traditional, and Avocado. Each has its own unique taste, but they all hit the mark with crispy bread and well-balanced fillings.

They also have Phở Trộn and Miến Trộn on the menu. I tried the Phở Trộn and it was really good—flavorful with a nice mix of herbs and spices.

Service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it a good spot for a casual meal.
