Villa Des Fleurs is a hidden gem in the heart of Hanoi, Vietnam—undoubtedly one of the finest dining experiences in the city. Compared to most restaurants in the area, this place stands out for its exceptional quality, refined presentation, and thoughtfully selected ingredients.
From the moment you arrive, the experience is flawless. The staff are not only warm and welcoming but also genuinely attentive, helping you with pairing suggestions and ensuring every detail is just right. The ambiance is elegant and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a romantic date or any occasion where you want to leave a lasting impression.
When it comes to food, I highly recommend choosing one of their curated set menus. Each course—from the appetizers to the main dishes and desserts—offers rich, well-balanced flavors. The entrée soup exceeded all expectations, and the fish dish, paired with its delicate sauce, was absolutely divine.
As for drinks, don’t miss their signature cocktails. The Hanoi Breeze is refreshingly unique and provides the perfect contrast to the deep, savory flavors of the food.
This isn’t just a meal—it’s a full sensory experience. Absolutely...

They have a perfect menu for a cafe with snacks, special natural herbal floral tea varieties are wonderful.. I have ordered a Rose Tea which comes with a tea pot with a cute small hourglass to keep it easy to track the darkness of tea flavor for your taste.. It comes with condiments which were naturally dried cured and flavorful to add zest in the tea time.. Great thing is that they allow a hot water refill in the teapot without extra charges.. Floor-1 is AC Non-Smoking and Floor-2 Non-AC (one can have smoke) open air with comfortable seating surrounded by flowers and plants which gives you a positive vibe.. Background music is soft, prices are a little higher but 105% worth-it, staff is courteous and can speak basic English to make it easier for expats, service is good.. Read moreWe had two 4 course set meal, the blue crab tartare as starter is refreshing. For the hot and cold-cooked salmon, the lobster sauce is rich and matches well with the salmon. For the hot starter, the creamy corn soup tastes so rich, the saltiness of the bellota ham balances the creaminess of the corn soup. For the main course, we chose the beef wellington (medium cooked) Before plating, the staff served the beef wellington in a box baked with thyme, it seems professional. The beef is up to expectations, it’s so soft and goes well with the red wine sauce. The truffle mashed potatoes tastes good, won’t feel too full after the beef. At last, the staff cooked the Flambé Crêpe Suzette in front of us, the Suzette is a bit bitter, but overall, we think it’s good. We also ordered a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and an English breakfast tea( served with snacks, milk and honey).
The only downside is the second floor is a bit hot, will be better if can turn the AC down in hot weather.
Overall, highly recommended place to dine for...
