Our experience was nothing short than being called most comfortable, superb and exceptional. Firstly the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and properly arranged and the view from the window of the room was the best part.

Secondly the food was delicious. We mostly only had breakfast in the hotel as we went out to take a tour of the beautiful city during the whole day, but breakfast alone was enough to tell us the exceptional quality and the mouth-watering taste of the food. We as Indians prefer vegetarian food the most and in a foreign country that is hard to find but this hotel have us nothing short of too many options.

Lastly the staff of the hotel was so good that we wanted to stay longer and longer. The receptionist 'Chris' made our trip all the more fun with his kind gestures and helpful suggestions which really helped us locate the good shops. Chris told us all the right places to visit and the best shops to shop in. Overall this Hotel is a great place to stay and made our trip memorable.

From checking in till checking out the hospitality and service had been great. Special thanks given to Christian, he had been a great help from the day we check in (31/12/22) till we check out. We had experienced a bad hotel room earlier that day, so we decided to take a look at the room we are going stay before checking in. Christian brought us to view at the rooms and before letting us to decide. The interior of the hotel and room was great. Christian was the reason that we decided to stay in the hotel. We were here to celebrate my mother in law birthday, we didnt mentioned it to anyone. In the morning, Christian greeted us and wishes my MIL happy birthday. He also planned a small surprise for my MIL in the room. When we returned after a long day trip, we found out that the room was decorated and there a small piece of cake in the fridge for my MIL.
