Ro & Sam treated my wife and me better than royalty. They had massive smiles on their faces the entire time. Looks like they are really good at their job!! 10/10 for commitment.
Now the food… oh boy. I’ll admit, I went in with low expectations (I’ve been hurt before), but this place absolutely smashed it.
• Veggie spring rolls – Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. Veggies wrapped in paper, right? But no, they came out like they had something to prove. Delicious.
• Wedge fries – I mean, wow. Just… wow. I nearly proposed to a potato.
• Fried noodles with vegetables – Never had them quite like this. It was like a noodle enlightenment.
• Potato curry – They offer three spice levels. I went full hero mode and got the spiciest. It didn’t just have a kick, it karate-chopped my taste buds. Still, top quality.
And to finish: ice cream. Simple. Classic.
Honestly, this place changed how we see Hanoi. Completely. We came for the noodles, stayed for the kindness, and left planning our return....
Read moreThe waiter asked me to leave a review so here it goes. 3 stars is because it was just okay could have been 2. Menu was okay, had good options. Overpriced for the quality served.. Ordered spring rolls to start, not the tastiest but portion was okay. Main dishes were cashew chicken and sizzling chicken, pretty much had to dig through the vegetables to find the chicken in both dishes. Way too many vegetables, also they are cut very thick like 1 inch pieces, it should be chicken with vegetables, not vegetables with chicken. Slice the vegetables thinner and add 50/100gr more chicken to each dish, chicken is not expensive, especially in Vietnam. We were not asked if we enjoyed our meals but myself and my partner were asked to leave 2 reviews before we left the restaurant. I said no as I I have better things to do than sit and write reviews for you after my dinner. Do not ask customers to write reviews dude, it's not...
Read moreIt was the best restaurant we tried in Vietnam !! When you don't want to drink alcohol, it's difficult sometimes to find something else than soda or water.. so we were really happy to taste the peach/orange/lemongrass mocktail and it was absolutely delicious! Not too sweet, very flavorful! Then we had dinner with the fried spring rolls, the beef stew Hanoï fusion style and the marinated shrimps served on an iron pan : everything was delicious ! The flavours were amazing, perfect cooking, the portions were generous .. I like the cosy and calm ambience to eat so the piano and guitar music playlist was perfect ! All the staff members were really kind (thank you for speaking English it's a pleasure to communicate easily!). And thank you Sam : you were amazingly sweet and smiley ! We will come back for sure before...
