BEST BUN CHA IN VIETNAM! I have been waiting to write this until I visited Hanoi and tried bun cha in the ‘best’ place but nothing has compared. Everyday i have tried a new bun cha place in Hanoi, really going to local authentic places with good reviews and trying it from all over the place in Hanoi but nothing has come close. The broth here is just insane and it takes the dish to another level that no other bun cha has compared to and the vegetables are perfectly pickled and the meat - everything is to die for. Every bite was amazing and ate it way too fast because it was way too good and now regret not saving it. Come here when in Hoi An, I found it as it was just busy with locals near my homestay and even tried going when I was back in Hoi An for a night as rushed to get there before 3pm but turned up and she was clearing up, I literally nearly cried at the gate and now think about this bun cha everyday since. Truly an amazing flavorful bowl Bún Chả that will make you want to come back for more. The meat is being grilled as we wait and the smokey taste and well seasoned pork is a standout in this wonderful dish. Wow! This is the best bun cha I’ve ever eaten!! The meat was so tender and very fresh herbs but most importantly, the soup was amazing! Perfectly balanced with the fish sauce, acidity and sweetness.
