UPDATED: It took them a while to fix it but they changed/upgraded the rooms to deluxe for us and apologised. The new rooms are nice and decent. Breakfast is good. Just be aware that the standard rooms where we were put in when first arrived are on 6th floor, the lift is only up to 5th floor so you will have to walk one more floor.
The hotel is nothing like what we expected base on the photos. This is the first hotel I've ever been that doesn't have a bin, not in the bathroom, not in the room, not even when we asked for one. They said we have to use the public bin in the hallway. They said you have a safe in the room. Both of 2 rooms our family stay have none. No wardrobe in either room. The bathroom is so dark with one small yellow light while the bedroom (main room) has one neon light you usually use for office. There is no stand or anything you can put on if you bring your own soap/shampoo in the shower area, you have to put it at the sink. They are very thorough with the list of stuff in the room though (including the safe and the bin that NOT exist in the room), to charge you if for any reason it's not there. The staff are friendly but when I asked about the safe, they said it's not included in my room although the introduction she told me it's included. I think all the reviews are either fake or we are just very unlucky to come in the period that nothing is quite right...
Read moreI had a fantastic stay at Kiman Hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the charming streets of Hoi An and its main attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the little touches like fresh linens and complimentary amenities made a big difference.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious and varied, with options for both local Vietnamese dishes and Western favorites. It was the perfect start to my day!
The staff also helped arrange tours and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist were truly invaluable.
If you’re visiting Hoi An and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, great service, and excellent value, Kiman Hotel is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next...
Read moreGood hotel, but they are not really well prepared for tourists. The staff is friendly, and some are very helpful. But almost none of them could speak or understand a proper English. And because of misinformation, we ended up practically losing a full day in our trip. As they gave us wrong information about our pick up time, after our flight changed, and were not informed. Really a major problem in a short trip. The rooms are good, and having pool was great to relax after a tiring day. But don't expect much for Breakfast, the food was bland, a bit flavourless. And we were not informed that the local food is only served after 8 am. So for the first 2 days, we only had Western type of Breakfast, as we had breakfast very early and left to see the city. Also a bummer, as we wanted to try local cuisine. The location is not bad, but also not really convenient for walking to the city. Doable, but not a short walk. That is why they provide free bicycles for guests. And if you like cycling, it is a...
