This is undoubtedly the best Pho in Hoi An. The broth is extremely clean yet rich in flavor. The add-ons — herbs, lime, and chili — always taste as if they’re freshly picked from the garden. The chili is vibrant, and the meat melts in your mouth, unlike many places where it feels tough and chewy. The noodles are not pre-cooked but prepared to order, perfectly preserving their texture. The staff is very friendly, and the man who seems to be the owner closely oversees the kitchen and ensures top-notch quality. Everything here is organized exactly as an ideal cafe or restaurant should be.
