AMI Garden Coffee — Restaurant in Hà Nội

1 sao! Đây là lần đầu tiên mình đến quán và thật sự trải nghiệm rất tệ, từ đồ uống cho đến không gian. Giá nước khoảng 70.000 thì mình thấy cũng tạm chấp nhận không đắt cũng không rẻ do nằm ở ví trí cũng có thể gọi là ổn nhưng nước quá tệ thứ cốt lõi của 1 quan cf nhưng lại không thể làm tròn đc vai trò trên 🤡 Không gian quán chủ yếu là nệm nằm, nhưng nệm thì cũ, bụi bẩn nhìn rất mất vệ sinh. Khi mình chọn chỗ ngồi thì thấy bàn ghế còn nguyên rác, trong khi quán khá vắng nhưng nhân viên cũng không dọn dẹp. Vào buổi tối, nhiều góc khuất trong quán biến thành chỗ để một số bạn trẻ làm những hành động phản cảm, nhìn không khác gì nhà nghỉ. Thêm nữa, quán nuôi khá nhiều mèo nhưng dường như bị bỏ đói, nên mèo cứ bu lại bàn liên tục, không phải vì hiếu khách mà vì chưa được ăn gì Tóm lại, đây là một trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ, không đáng để quay lại. Quán có vị trí ổn nhưng chất lượng và dịch vụ hoàn toàn không tương xứng.

1 star! This was my first time visiting the café, and honestly, the experience was terrible both the drinks and the atmosphere. Drinks are around 70,000 VND, which might be acceptable, but the service quality is absolutely not worth it. The seating is mostly on mattresses, but they are old, dirty, and look very unhygienic. When I picked a spot to sit, I saw trash still left on the tables and chairs. The café was quite empty, yet the staff didn’t bother to clean up. At night, many hidden corners of the café turned into places where young guests engaged in inappropriate behavior, making the place feel no different from a cheap motel. On top of that, the café has many cats, but they seem underfed. They kept gathering around my table, which was very unpleasant.

Used to be a cool garden cafe. Now, in order to enter, you need to get a drink, which is fine I guess. So I got my drinks and entered it to find out that it was packed. Asked for a refund, they don't do it. Don't get me wrong 50k for a drink is not that big of a deal, but the fact that they have you buying stuff and then just ask to take away. Come on, I came to the cafe to enjoy the atmosphere with my partner and I want the place and the drink, not the drink for take away. It looked like an interesting building from the outside, overlooking the lake. You have to order at the counter which I did and then went upstairs. It looked a bit grim and the construction is of questionable safety. I sat down on the big bean bag and minutes later a big fat rat showed up and was nibbling on something on the pillar. I left immediately and sat on the little chair outside on the street where I saw another rat running across the carpet/bean bag area behind me.
