HB Serviced Apartment - Lạc Long Quân — Hotel in Hà Nội

I initially booked Urban Westlake through Mytour, paid in full, and thought everything was set. Turns out, MyTour didn’t bother to inform me that the hotel was fully booked. I only found out after calling both the hotel and MyTour’s customer service myself, this definitely is not the kind of surprise you want before a trip. Mytour then relocated me to the HB Serviced Apartment - Lạc Long Quân, but at first, they asked me to pay extra, even though the mistake wasn’t mine. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to let me stay without additional charges.

Now, onto the actual stay: ✅ Pros: The place was clean, tidy, and well-organized. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.

❌ Cons: The blanket had small red stains (which honestly looked like blood—not great). Dishes, bowls, and glasses were dusty, so I had to clean them before use. The bathroom was missing a few essentials: No comb. Shampoo was empty. They provided one razor but no shaving cream. No cotton swabs. No hand soap. Other inconveniences: After 10 PM, the only way in was through the basement parking area, which was a bit of a hassle. The location was farther from where I originally planned to go for work, compared to Urban Westlake. Overall, not a bad place, but some improvements are needed. Pleasantly and positively surprised that hotel is comfortable, in a convenient location with a pharmacy, convenient shop, salon, dental and restaurants nearby.
