I had a meal on May 11th and brought my mother because she really loves the name of this restaurant. BUT THAT DAY WAS REALLY TERRIBLE! BECAUSE OF THE STAFF'S ATTITUDE.
At my table, there was one staff member serving us. That person was quite nice and OK. But when she were cleaning at other tables, my food was already cooked, and I waited for more than 5 minutes without ANY OTHER STAFF noticing. I called another staff member to serve the food, that person looked and then walked away to call someone else, BUT NO ONE CAME! I had to wait another 5 minutes!
Then, a staff member finally came with a VERY DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE. While serving the food, the tongs DROPPED INTO MY DIPPING SAUCE, AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY. SHE JUST WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN TO GET ANOTHER PAIR OF TONGS! When she came back, THERE WAS STILL NO APOLOGY OR ANY INTENTION TO REPLACE MY DIPPING SAUCE UNTIL I ASKED FOR IT. After bringing the new sauce, that staff member walked away and TALKED BADLY ABOUT ME WITH ANOTHER STAFF RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!
WHAT DID I DO WRONG TO DESERVE THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE? IS THIS HOW THE RESTAURANT TRAINS ITS STAFF? I noticed that night there was a person wearing a black shirt, I’m not sure if that was the manager? IF THAT'S THE MANAGER, THEN WOW! THE STAFF DIDN'T RESPECT YOU AT ALL AND TREATED CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!
REALLY DISAPPOINTING! YOU SHOULD REMEMBER, THERE ARE MANY OTHER RESTAURANTS WITH BETTER...
Read moreAt the beginning, we were thinking its just another steamboat restaurant turns out its a steamship restaurant like Titanic, its steaming all the time. The greeter at front told us that we will not regret it, and long story short it was immaculate experience to have good steamed in front of you. Its felt healthy because its not overcooked like steamboat. We ordered meat combo, 10pcs prawns, abalone dish, scallop dish, fried noodle and fried rice all of them are tasty, like super tasty. We are not sure if its just our hunger because we came at almost 3pm so definately we will try again next time. Lastly the staff is friendly, her name is Thuoy, and she was able to give good reccomendation without trying to get you overpay. Two Thumbs up for the food...
