What a fun day! I am extremely terrified of heights and I had a ball along with my partner. Very fair prices and Julie I believe her name is, was a great help and lovely to talk to. Great food and drinks with reasonable prices and they came out tasting great! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because although pleasant the other staff could have been a little more enthusiastic as they rarely cracked a smile, though you did have a mass amount of school kids in before us so everyone may have been tired. And we thought it was unprofessional that the owner ( male expat) was having some serious arguing with other staff there and his demeanor kind of dampened the mood. Great outdoors rock climbing and bouldering facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer daily passes as well as monthly/yearly memberships. Occasionally they host yoga classes on premises, so ask the manager if anything is coming up! Equipment is available for rent and purchase. Lots of climbing routs are available and they change them very often, so if you are in the area for a while and like one particular that you'd like to conquer, kindly ask a manager to keep it for you :) Overall it's an awesome hang out place to get your workout done as well as socialize with likeminded people! I was standing in the middle of the gym between two walls and hit from behind by someone who swung from the wall all the way to me without giving any verbal warning. The staff and person who hit me didn’t check in on me to make sure I was okay until after I reported the accident. I couldn’t use the remainder of my membership and gear rental and no refund was offered. During the orientation the staff only show me how to use the autobelay there was no mention that the area between the walls was considered a dangerous zone. After I got hit, they told me that the area was considered dangerous. I’ve been to the gym numerous times and have seen people sitting, playing, waiting in that area and never once have seen any indication that area was...
