Terrible Experience!!! Avoid at All Costs!!!

We booked this property through Booking.com and contacted them in advance to inform them of our late arrival (between midnight and 1 AM). They requested an extra 500k to set up the sofa bed, which we agreed to pay. However, when we arrived, it turned into a nightmare.

We tried calling repeatedly before reaching the property, but no one answered. We waited for an hour outside in the middle of the night, with even our driver trying to help by asking around. Still, no response. Eventually, we had no choice but to find another place to stay at the last minute.

This was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this property at all costs unless you want to be stranded with no help. Absolutely...

Horrible experience. We told the hotel we'd arrive late, but when we got there around midnight, no one answered our calls despite trying for hours. We were left stranded on the street for over two hours, exhausted and helpless, before finally having to book another place. This is the worst service l've ever experienced-absolutely disgraceful.
