Possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had in Saigon, considering how long I've been here. The place was small (not a problem to me) and it was packed on a Saturday night. Thus explained the rushy service. Food for me was mediocre and the amount i received for the price i paid did not add up. 60k for a coconut ice cream with 1 scoop and a tablespoon (seriously!) Of sticky rice. Mind you this is not the first coconut sticky rice I've had and so, quiet familiar with the price range myself. Also i was charged a completely different price compared to the one in the menu. Upon inquiry, they gave a curt explanation that the price i oaid was for eating the ice cream inside the coconut shell (confused me but i let it slide). Coconut juice was fresh but was also given a stingy amount. The staffs were literally having a verbal fight right in front of us and it was dragged out for the longest. It was very uncomfortable and awkward inside the eatery. Came for the experience and absolutely not coming back. I rarely give 1 star but the whole experience not only didn't live up but also gave me a bad impression...

Quality: Good combination: coconut ice cream, sticky rice, dried coconut and some pieces of pumpkins. I can taste the natural sweetness of coconut ice cream so not much sugar. That's great. Coconut juice is fresh.
Price: 40k/pc, reasonable price for ice cream shop in D3.
Space: cosy atmosphere.
Security guard: supportive and help customers take care...
