Cú Trên Cây Coffee — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

There is a little Dalat in the Center of Saigon.

If you have fallen in love with the romantic scenery of Da Lat, missed the chilly atmosphere featured in the city of thousands of flowers, Cu Tren Cay Coffee is the place you must go!

Surrounded by smooth green trees, the inside of the shop is decorated in an classic style with wooden floors, murals, some "antiques" such as typewriter, sewing table, pendulum clock .. Mixed with a bit of modernity of the glass door and a few glass flower pots, every seat in the bar has a nice view to take pictures, almost holding up to take pictures of food. The cold bar will make you feel like you are in Dalat. The outdoor seating is not air-conditioned but the air is more airy, the trees are overgrown and the bonus of a super-huge super fan if you feel hot 😂.

Drink prices here ranges from 35.000 -70.000 VND, my favorite things is the shop using paper straws, strong wifi and the staff are very enthusiastic. The only minus is that the black puppy is a bit uncooperative in taking pictures and stroking, while the fat bunny girl is always eating !!

Nếu bạn đã lỡ phải lòng với khung cảnh thơ mộng của Đà Lạt, lỡ yêu cái không khí se lạnh đặc trưng ở thành phố ngàn hoa thì Cú trên cây coffee là nơi nhất định bạn phải đến!

Bao trùm xung quanh là cây cối xanh mượt, bên trong quán được trang trí theo phong cách cổ xưa với sàn gỗ, vách tranh, một vài món "cổ vật" như máy đánh chữ, bàn máy may, đồng hồ quả lắc.. xen lẫn thêm một chút hiện đại của cửa kính và một vài chậu hoa thủy tinh, Mọi chỗ ngồi trong quán đều có view đẹp để chụp hình, gần như giơ lên chụp phát ăn luôn. Không gian quán hơi se se lạnh tạo cảm giác giống như bạn đang ở Đà Lạt vậy. Chỗ ngồi ngoài trời thì không có máy lạnh nhưng không khí thoáng đãng hơn, cây cối um tùm và được bonus thêm một cây quạt siêu to siêu khổng lồ nếu bạn cảm thấy nóng 😂.

Một phần thức uống ở đây giá giao động từ 35-70k, điểm mình thích nhất là quán sử dụng ống hút bằng giấy, wifi mạnh và các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Điểm trừ duy nhất là bà cún màu đen hơi bất hợp tác trong việc chụp hình với vuốt ve, còn bà thỏ béo thì...

The only place in Sài Gòn makes me feel like being enjoy in Đà Lạt. In here, everyone and everything are called “Cú”, staff, customer, even the way they named for drinks and snack.

This is not a large venue thought but the owner has an extremely intelligent in decoration, they insert green and combine with glass and wood throughout the shop. There are two floor with two style in display piecies of tree, first floor is major inhouse tree beacuse this is a room equiped AC and the other is an open place so it is allmost outside tree.

There is a lovely rabit which are raising in front of the entrance to the counter.

For me, Cú Trên Cây is one of the interest place for hanging out with my friends whether summer season or rainny season of Saigon, because it is cool when you hot but also cozy when you feel lonely and cold.

Another more rustic-themed cafe location with lots of greenery in between. There’s an upstairs and downstairs area for guests to enjoy the space, take pictures, and chill with friends.

PROs: -Spacious with many seating options -Reasonably priced tasty drinks -Great for hanging out with friends or checking in

CONs: -The furniture arrangement was interesting…the seatings are too close together so you’re almost in your neighbor’s business. Same with some of the seating inside the corners/greenery space. -The AC/air does not circulate well and if there are folks positioned in front of those fans, then you’ll probably run a little hotter than usual. -The parking situation is not great.

Overall, I would come back to this place during non-peak hours. It’s way too crowded during busy hours, especially with their seating arrangements. Otherwise,...
