I’ve been to the same brand of restaurant in Japan, so I couldn’t help but compare the experience. Overall, this location in Vietnam does a pretty good job living up to the original! The flavors were familiar, and the quality of the dishes met my expectations.

I tried five different dishes, and most were spot-on in taste and presentation. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, just as I remember from Japan. One small issue was the pork cutlet, which was a bit chewy—likely due to how the meat was sliced. Cutting it differently could have made it more tender.

That aside, the restaurant captures the essence of the brand quite well. It’s definitely worth visiting, especially if you’re a fan of the Japanese original!
