Institute of Cultural Exchange with France (IDECAF) — Attraction in Ho Chi Minh City

The best part is the library, super modern and designed well. However I was disappointed by the course and staffs there.

First of all, on the brochure there are too many courses opened during weekdays and weekend, which I find really nice for everyone can join. However not all of them are available and sometimes you have to wait until they have enough students.

Secondly, the general course for beginners takes you 1 year to finish, which is super slow and makes you less motivated. If you learn by yourself, it would be faster.

Thirdly, the test and the course don't match. If you studied French before, they will ask you to do the test. And again, depends on the available course, sometimes they just pass you to the course higher than your level just because you want or they can't open the course fits with your level.

I stopped learning here after 2 courses. Even though all of my teachers are really nice. Just the staffs made me feel confused and...

There is a French restaurant here. Food is good but I will not support this business as they do not issue any official receipt even being asked. Sorry, no business to tax avoider and cheater.
