I recently visited Mrs. Fries Vietnam with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The fries, which should be the highlight, were disappointingly soggy and lacked the crispiness you’d expect from a place that specializes in fries. It felt as though they weren’t cooked to the right standard or had been sitting too long before serving.

While the restaurant itself was neat and well-maintained, the food overall didn’t live up to the advertising. The portions and presentation were far from what was promoted, which added to the disappointment.

For the price and hype, I expected much better. If they can improve the quality and ensure the food matches the expectations they set, it could be worth revisiting. For now, it’s hard to recommend if you’re craving crispy,...

The portions are small, super small actually, and I feel they don't match the price. For 300k, I think it's a bit expensive. The food isn't particularly special either; the taste, in my opinion, isn't as good as reviewed on TikTok, just passable.

The space is very small, probably only about 5 tables. The staircase is quite narrow, so you have to squeeze a bit, but that's probably because I'm big. The toilet is under the stairs, very small, and you really have to squeeze to get in.

The biggest plus is the view looking down on the street, which is quite nice if you sit at the right spot. Other than that, nothing else is good.

A plus point is the parking attendant, who is very nice and enthusiastic.

In conclusion, don't trust TikTok...

I think the pictures I saw from this place really intrigued me. Based on the prices, the portions seem ok. I kind of expected cheese with the fries, but maybe that's extra or only certain ones.

The steak fries (135K/$5.50) were good, but I wouldn't call it a meal. It would be great as a snack watching football. I liked the steak itself, but the fries were standard fries from any place. It was steak sauce on the steak.

I intended to try a second fry dish, but the pasta menu shown at the register made me want to try the pasta casserole (penne pasta with pasta sauce & peperoni topped with parmesan); 68K/$2.75. The pasta was also kind of standard pasta. Perhaps it could have done with more cheese (maybe mozzarella)/cheese instead of...
