We came here after reading the good reviews. But I am afraid I cannot understand neither the delicious nor the clean part... where?

This is a picture of what I left of my beef shank and tendon noodles soup. The few pieces of meat were chewy and dry. The soup tasted overwhelmingly like pork blood (not stated in the menu) and the tendons were hairy. I could not stomach it after a few sips.

My partners food was not better. The quality in the ingredients used in this restaurant feel low overall. For this price, you can eat much better somewhere else.

The place is not the dirtiest I've eaten at, but it is definitely not clean either. Also, no water/tea...

Such a lucky find when I was lost and hungry, right at dinner hours so the timing was perfect. They have a good variety of central Vietnamese dishes, small portion size and flavorful. So that you would get to taste more dishes in one sitting, and the prices are reasonable too. The staff are friendly and attentive. Pretty good Hue dishes at reasonable prices. They weren’t spectacular, but they were good enough. The banh khoai was great, but the banh beo was pretty ordinary. Bun bo was good but they put in an order for the wrong meats - still good, especially the broth. The beef jerky snack was great with the lime and had a deep, round flavor.
