Ginza Sushi — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

A pretty mediocre Japanese cuisine restaurant, in a great location. The hot udon was in a broth that I’m estimating was 90% boiled celery, with two pieces of surimi - pretty boring. The vegetables tempura was pretty good. However, the Japanese-style fried chicken was a bit rubbery and not crisp at all - it was hot but tasted a bit old. Very confusing. Not recommended if you are expecting good service while having food. Staff told me they did not have garbage can indoor. Small amount of food for high price. They talk trashy about customer a little bit too loud (to be specific they make fun of my father’s accent. Took the wrong order and they were not even...

Thought it was decent with nice service, food.. However now I've got some definite (mild) food poisoning. Haven't had food poisoning in years living here. Didn't even have any raw fish.
