I will not come back to this dentist ever again!! This place used to be my most fav dentist before i moved to Australia 14 years ago or even after i moved to Australia whenever i come back to Vietnam to visit my family i always stopped by to check on my teeth and always had really good experience here! I recommended to so many of my friends in Vietnam and in Australia to come here for their teeth done. I also convinced my partner to come here for his teeth done about 2 years ago, and since then everything went wrong, the dentist that was on his case was so rude to him, the way she told him to move his lips or his tongue was very aggressive, i couldn't stand the situation because i was there with him, i went to the reception and complained to the receptionist, then they took us to the private room and tried to sort things out, that dentist also sent the text to me to say sorry for the experience because she was going thru some personal thing at home, it wasn't professional at all but at least she said sorry so i let it go...whatever! But my partner said he wouldn't return to this dentist ever again and i think it's fair enough, i don't blame him for what he went thru. There are so many other dentists that he can go to for his teeth done that they are offering better price and better service in Ho Chi Minh city. But after what happened to him, i kinda feel embarrassed because i recommended this place to him, said all of the good thing about this place. Now it's my turn to experience bad customer service from them, about 3 years ago I had 1 ceramic tooth done here, i paid about 6 millions Vnd for this for 1 of the front of my teeth that i had an accident and broke it in half before, but after less than 3 years, it's started cracking ( could not know exactly until when i noticed a chip on it a while ago) ,then about 1 week ago, when i was eating i felt like something came out of my ceramic tooth and it was about half of the front top of the tooth. A few days ago i went back to Vietnam for some urgent matter at home so i stopped there for them to have a look and see what they can do to fix it like filling or something, funny enough they said i have to pay for another one as they cant fill it because it will crack again, and they also don't guarantee how many years the tooth will last like other dentists. They refused to take responsibility for bad quality product! I will not upset if their ceramic tooth lasted me at least 5 years, ive had 1 of my ceramic done at my hometown in Tiền Giang only cost me 3 million Vnd and it lasts me until now which is 15 years already. Im happy to pay for another one at different dentist, definitely not here! And the most disappointing thing was the dentist there blaming me for biting hard food that's why it cracked, it was the most stupid thing that I've ever heard from the dentist, if the quanlity of the ceramic teeth is good, u wouldn't need to avoid that. After everything that had happened to my partner and me no way im coming back to this dentist. Please train your staff good customer service otherwise u will lose more clients. I will also post this on social media so my friends and other people will know about this and avoid this...

Very negative experience, my overall impression is they want to see the highest volume of patients in the shortest amount of time, they are only interested in money.

I went for an inspection and cleaning as I had some inflammation on my gums. X-rays were taken and I was told I needed my wisdom teeth out even though I had no complaints about my wisdom teeth. I finally was taken to have my teeth cleaned and they attempted to take my blood pressure 3 times as the first 2 devices they used gave incorrect reading or could not be used due to damage. It seemed no one had any idea what they were doing and there is poor communication between staff. I made the poor decision of rescheduled after this and returned 2 weeks later.

The clean carried out on one quadrant of my teeth was horrible, only used hand tools and used so much force that I was left with bruising and considerable pain even though I had local anaesthetic. The “dentist” also cut a considerable part of my gum out without consulting me first, now I have a big gap between those teeth as well as high sensitivity. I did not notice this until I got home, I called and asked about it and was told “it will grow back”, the gum will not grow back. To make matters worse I caught covid at their practice.

I have since visited another dentist that has done an excellent job, they finished the clean without causing any...

All of my life I have been absolutely terrified of dentists thanks to years of dreadful treatment at the hands of NHS dentists in the UK., and although my teeth were in a dreadful state, I hadn't intended to have dental treatment during my holiday in Vietnam. However a nasty fall (in January 2015) which broke my front teeth found me in this dental clinic, and into the care of Dr Khoa. He talked to me - in English - about the extensive work I needed in such a way my terror vanished and I felt confident to go ahead.

I'm now back in the UK with my new teeth - there were time constraints on completing the work, but I have long-term temporary crowns which allow me to eat normally, and smile properly - something I haven't been able to do for years. It is my intention to return by the end of this year (2015) to have my permanent teeth fitted.

The whole team at this clinic are lovely.The care and treatment I received was amazing; the attention to detail incredible and the overall atmosphere of this clinic means I will not be afraid when I return. I have no idea how the cost of the work compares with other clinics - I went to this one because my daughter and her friends (all UK expats) go here. I will never go to a UK dentist again!
