i loveeed this hotel so much! Loved the service, amenities, and the room!
Pros: Room service everyday and they keep your room + bathroom generally clean, they provide towels and basic hygiene care in the bathroom Laundry: was super easy to do, free and free detergent. Left my laundry to dry to go out and the staff took it out and folded it for us! Amazing service. Quite spacious, loft style. For women, you have everything you need because they have hairdryer provided and a vanity for you to get ready and put your skincare and makeup The snack bar is insanely cheap— we bought 3 noodle packs, 3 bottles of water and 1 soda total was only 6sgd, they get refilled everyday The best one— they offer motorbike rental! for 24 hours, its only 8 SGD!!! super cheap and easy process
Cons: Its a bit far out into district 1, and when you arrive you’ll have to walk with your luggage but its not that far. Theres a coffee shop nearby where you’ll get picked up/dropped off from, I suggest to try the coffee too, called ‘This That’. The good thing is At night, cars will drop you off into the alley in the hotel, and if you use grab bike, they’ll pick u up directly from the hotel The bathroom is quite small, but in my experience, dries pretty quickly and i didnt feel claustrophobic but im 5’0 The AC can be hot sometimes, there’s no remote to change the settings but its not unbearable

Read moreThe photos and locations looked amazing, so booked the rooms. But the reality was different, in a nice way !!! The rooms are much cosier than they look, cute and small (but the washroom roof is quite low, so if you are over 6ft you might not be able to stand straight while bathing). You get a kitchen with microwave, if you want to cook something for your own.. overall I was very happy with the cost room. The service and staff was really polite and helpful. You also get free washing machine access if you want to do your laundry. There is no restaurant within the hotel, so you won't get any food. The doors close after 12 midnight so you will get your own access code if you are staying out late. Also, 2 water bottles per room per day, anything more you will have to buy. (This was the case in almost all the hotels in vietnam, which was very strange to me as an Indian) Location is quite good, as you get a place in central HCM without the traffic noise, but the catch is that a four wheeler can't enter the small road. It wasn't an issue even tho we had big bags, we just walked for like 50-60 meters and we reached the place. You can also book some tours for chuchi tunnels and Mekong delta, just ask the staff.
Overall had a great experience..the place is slightly on the costlier side, but I...
Read moreReally enjoyed my stay here! The room felt like a mini loft, complete with a living room, kitchen, and bedroom upstairs. The bed and pillows were very comfortable — I personally like beds with some firmness. and the pillows were just right, not too soft.
The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from popular tourist attractions. It was easy to Grab to most places, although the hotel is tucked inside a neighborhood alley. Cars can’t stop directly at the entrance, so you’ll need to walk about 2 minutes to the main street for pick-up.
One downside was the bathroom, which had a strong unpleasant smell when we checked in. Even after feedback and cleaning, the smell lingered, likely from the drain. Hopefully, this can be improved.
On the positive side, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel provides two washing machines and dryers (with free detergent and softener) available from 7am–9pm, which was really convenient. The reception is available 24 hours via WhatsApp, and they respond quickly.
A highlight was when I ordered a birthday cake for my friend and had it delivered to the hotel. The staff not only kept it safe for us but even surprised my friend with a small gift — such a thoughtful touch!
Overall, a cozy and memorable stay with amazing staff...
