Great service, friendly people. Ok food, good drinks.

The reason I'm writing this review is because I have been approached several times by employees here to give them a review of service (usually to give them a good one). I just witnessed an employee use a customer's phone to rate and write a review of the place.

Poor menu selection, unfriendly staff, staff not even capable to say hello or thank you, pathetic! Only take away cups even when you drink in the shop. Good job highland coffee keep contributing to the plastic waste every in Vietnam. You can’t afford proper ceramic mugs for patrons? Never come back. So many better...

Overall coffee and cakes are okay. But the thing that I really dislike it was that they use so much plastic! Even we ordered to consume in there. They could use ceramic cups, glass and a little plate for cake, instead to use cardboard boxes, plastic spoon, straws and lids. It was really...
