Going to the dentist, especially for something big like a dental implant, can feel really scary. I was definitely feeling all sorts of nervous before my appointments at I-DENT. But honestly, from the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm I didn't expect.

The clinic itself is modern and super clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff? Absolutely lovely. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and made sure I understood what was happening. They really took the time to listen to my worries, and that made a huge difference to my anxiety.

My dentist was fantastic. They explained everything so clearly, step by step, and answered all my (many!) questions without making me feel silly. During the procedure, I felt surprisingly comfortable. They were gentle and checked in with me often to make sure I was okay.

Now, a few weeks later, with my new implant settling in, I can honestly say it was a positive experience. It wasn't a walk in the park – it's still a medical procedure – but the care and attention I received at I-DENT made it so much easier to handle.

The reason I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 is simply because any dental surgery has its discomforts and recovery time. That's just the nature of it. However, the team at I-DENT did everything they could to minimize that for me.

I came with a minor cavity on the lower second molar tooth. The doctor only conducted visual inspection and immediately said: “Let’s remove it”

No X-ray, no proper check, as for reason he told “we wouldn’t treat it because it’s too complicated“

He didn’t even consider filling the tooth, just went straight to extraction.

This made me very suspicious, and consultation in other clinic proved there’s no sense in extraction in my case - it was just a minor and easy to treat cavity

I suspect this clinic is only interested in pushing patients toward implants

I do not recommend this place. Please be careful.

UPD: Now the clinic is trying to claim two things:

– First, they say the problem was with my wisdom tooth. But the pain and cavity were clearly on the second molar - the tooth right in front of the wisdom tooth

– Second, they say the tooth was in bad condition and had a deep cavity close to the nerve. That’s simply not true.

I went to another clinic, and they did everything properly - took an X-ray, checked carefully, and confirmed it was just a small cavity. No nerve issues, no serious decay. They filled it, and that was it. No one even mentioned extraction there.

So this clinic not only tried to remove a healthy tooth without proper diagnostics, but now they’re trying to argue with me and defend their mistake. That’s not just unprofessional - that’s laughable.

My husband went to see Dr.Nguyễn Hiếu Tùng at the I-Dent Dental Implant Center and was very pleased with his fixed dentures, which he no longer need to remove daily. We decided to write this feedback since it is helpful for someone who wants to look for the high rated Dental office and top professional dental work. I also wanted to note that I am a diabetic patient, I had signed the contract to have my 3 implants at this office. Dr. Nguyễn requested my blood test and unfortunately it showed a high A1C and glucose as well. Dr. Nguyễn had postponed my implants until my A1C is back normal. I greatly appreciate his dedication to health and safety above profits, and I promise to have my implants worked at this Dental Implant Center when my A1C improves. You have my trust.
