One of the receptionists and a security guard at the building were very rude. After accidentally leaving the key card in my room, I asked for assistance accessing the elevator. I understand they have procedures to follow, especially since I am a short term renter and not the registered owner. However, I had already provided my passport for photocopying and registered my fingers at the front desk, so my information should have been on file.
