I am a regular here, or must I say now WAS a regular. They changed the management or something like that. Now it took 5-8 minutes just to reach a person to place a to-go order, and God forbid, the customer had to pay for the call too. What in the world is that? Before it took like 20 seconds to talk to a human being on the other side.
Ah and now when it comes to placing an order, they just make it impossible to stay sane while talking to them. But I kept my calm, and went through with it because I know this was the last time I've ever wasted my money here.
I wanted my seafood udon made with chicken. Plenty, if not many restaurants in the city, do substitution because this is not Dubai or Europe for f sake. The girl who answered the phone said they don't do meat substitutes, ok no problem. Then I said I just didn't want the seafood, could I have more veggies instead? Jeez, how hard it's gonna be. To be clear, I worked in the industry (kitchen to be exact) too so it's not rocket science to NOT put the seafood in, and just add a little bit more veggies. But NO, the girl had to LECTURED me about it, instead of saying it nicely.
Food is not cheap. Expensive. And they gave me an attitude? Not my cup of tea anymore. If the new management thinks they want to be above the others, especially their customers, jeez then let time answer itself. F&B establishments are closing down here and there. Keep up that attitude then you'll be there soon.
I have the feeling they're trying to be Pizza 4P which is much nicer and professional. If so, let me tell you, Pizza 4P DO substitution sometimes with lots of respect for their customers.
If you're trying to be the second Pizza 4P in town, i'd better spend my money there. And it's only 10 minutes away.
Don't piss off your regular customer because in the long run, they are the ones who keep your business...

Simple English - I asked to have some tea as i expected a japanese restaurant to provide free tea then she said to order from the menu so i asked for water. Then in end when i ordered tiramsu on last order she told me it's sold out so i told her ill have the green tea tiramisu. Then she somehow thinks i still want the tea and took the 2 items order.
The tori tempura bento came really slow. When it came, the rice and miso soup is hot but everything else is not. The bowl of rice is sticky on the outside of the bowl. The tempura is dry and floury that i have to ask for the sauce. The chicken is good.

Arrived at this resto two times around 8.20 pm and were unwelcomed by staff: “we close at 9, last order in 15 mins” and “please don’t stay” tiring faces.
I understand that they may be working all day and might be tired, but this should not be the right attitude towards customers.
Another time in the last three days in another location, staff brought wrong order and we felt bad for her so did not complain. But no apology from her, she just acted as if nothing happened.
Please, pizza 4Ps is also Japanese and so much better service. Please try to improve your service or you will be loosing...
