I recently had the pleasure of dining at iSushi Cao Thắng, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience that deserves a solid 5-star review! The invoice I received reflects not only the quality of the food but also the variety and care put into their offerings.

First off, I ordered a Buffet ISS Sakura NL(C), priced at 579,000 VND. The buffet was an absolute delight—fresh, flavorful, and packed with a wide selection of sushi and Japanese dishes that left me spoiled for choice. I also tried the Tiền Hàng Được Dùng Khuyến Mãi (promotional items) at 1,130,000 VND, which added even more variety to my meal. The total before VAT came to 1,220,400 VND, and with VAT included, the final amount was 1,320,400 VND—well worth every penny for the quality and quantity provided.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was seamless from start to finish. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the modern, welcoming ambiance, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

The good thing about this place is the sashimi.

The rest not so. I can only deduced from my experience so it either comes down to a) bad system or b) deliberate action from the management. Similar to other reviews here, my order for sashimi was not received. I think I ordered about three times but it never comes and the waitress keep on asking if there are orders that are missing. The food that keep on missing are sashimi, and grilled fish. I can see they have enough floor staff and kitchen staff to deal with the food but again there is no leadership or system in term of who should in charge particular table. If I order food, I expect it has been registered somewhere, the kitchen is making it, and the waitress will bring it to me when ready. Not keep on asking me if I received my food. I went to this place for lunch, it was by far the worst Japanese meal I've ever had. I opted for the ramen set. The first disappointment was the wait. It took 20 minutes to preapre a bowl of ramen, and they only had 3 tables at the time. When the ramen actually arrived, it was a disaster! The noodles were so overcooked that they broke up into little pieces. The broth was quite tasteless, the egg was also tasteless and frige-cold, and the pork chashu was cut into really thick slices which made it chewy. The total was 150K including a soft drink. For this price you can get an amazing bowl of ramen at some really good ramen restaurants. Even the ramen at a franchise restaurant costing half as much would be vastly superior!
