Hello Saigon Homestay has its pros and cons, let's see each of them: Deluxe room with private bathroom: (25-28 december 2024, solo traveler)
Pros: 1.- You have aprox a 15 mts 2 room (high ceilings) with a private shower;
2.- They provide you with a toothbrush, a comb, wáter, there's a tiny fridge (you have to turn It on if you need It) and towels;
3.- It is really super quiet, you must be a really light sleeper to wake up, cause the only noise I heard once in a while was the keys from any of the other guests trying to open their doors (Sunny 2, sunny 3);
4.- The host is a sweet woman on her 30's, she has so many good recommendations and ideas to do during the day;
5.- As soon as you get involved with the street that sorrounds the Homestay, you Will see is really close to the War Remnants Museum (30 minutes walking) or maybe to Thanh Trang Market (40 minutes walking), It sounds like a lot but It is nothing;
6.- You have a supermarket really close to the Homestay;
7.- If you are not too picky you have some street restaurants really close but also restaurants around the place;
8.- If you live in Spain (Barcelona), I would said is something more like El Raval;
9.- It looked to me like a really safe place, the Homestay stays open 24/7 and we all leave our shoes on the main entrance;
10.- She offers /there is a book at the room with different types of tours you can do;
11.- I asked her to rent a motorcycle, and she told me she had one. (Please, the motorcycle needs to have 2 mirrows, a helmet with screen, and all lights properly working);
12.- If you go to the 3rd floor, supposedly there is a terrace, I did not have time for this, but there are other reviews you can see It;
13.- It is a Homestay, the family is really kind and quite and they are all around, at any time but mainly in the ground floor, you can Talk to them if you want.
Cons: 1.- The room (Sunny 01) has a blind window towards the back side of a building, so, there are no views, for me, It works only for a short period of time;
2.- Only cash;
3.- The alley that takes you to the main entrance, It is a little bit narrow;
4.- It is a city house in a Big city, out of...

Read more💖💜💞🙏🙏💖💜💞🙏🙏 One of the BEST places that we have stayed in Saigon. My wife and I stayed at this Homestay for 4 nights when we were in Saigon for business.
The lady owner is incredibly KIND and helpful. And always with a genuine, kind smile on her face.
We met her brother today and he too was a very kind young man with the same smile on his face. 😁💓♥️
The place is immaculately clean and the rooms are spacious and CLEAN 😁😁👍👍
The location is very good to go to District 1 or District 2
There are plenty of good eateries near the accommodation. We enjoyed Com Tam Saigon nearby ....... It was delicious 😁👍
The owner arranged for us to rent a motorcycle and very kindly secured our motorcycle every night inside the building. We appreciated that very much. 😁♥️💓🙏🙏
We highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Saigon.
We will definitely stay at this Homestay the next time we visit Saigon.
Thank you so much for taking good care of us. We really appreciated it...
