Boss Palace — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Organised by our tour company, we stayed here for 3 nights..horrible. Little red ants in 2 rooms we were put into. Final straw were ants in our beds. Rooms were dirty.. I wish I took some pics to show how bad it was. Room 501, just dont look behind the curtains ! Friends' rooms had non working air con, blocked sinks etc. Needless to say we complained to the tour guide (dont put future tourists in that hotel) and the hotel management (reallocate us to different rooms).||Hot breakfast was a single item..pho or pho. No bread and there are some local fruits. No fresh milk for coffee or tea. We ended u going to the nearby market to get roast pork baps and steamed dumlings for breakfast.||Definitely not 3 stars. I booked this hotel through Agoda, drawn in by the beautiful photos and promising description. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room looked nothing like the pictures — it was outdated, poorly maintained, and clearly not renovated as advertised. Many of the lights were broken or not working at all, which made the place feel even more neglected. It was a huge disappointment and felt like a complete bait-and-switch. They even charge for water without listing a price or giving any prior notice — it feels like they make it up on the spot. I strongly advise others to avoid this place — the listing is misleading and does not reflect the actual condition...

It seems like the room have no soundproofing. My room was at the highest floor which is level 7, but we can still hear the noise from the street. Image if you get the lower floor? Need no to say, you can basically hear the next door and the noise from corridor. ||||The bed isn't comfy especially the pillow as it's just too high.||||With the noise and the uncomfortable bed, you can forget to have a good sleep.||||Room come with kettle, but it was spoilt.||||Cupboard also not in good condition.||||The bathtub is not well fix, there's a slot in between the wall.
