BARELY THREE STARS!! This nicely appointed place has good potential but needs more attention if they wish to appeal to foreigner's higher standard. Even though Vnms like to eat shrimp heads, tails, feet, and shells, the owner and chef must change to eliminate these disgusting appendages which needs to occur especially with the shrimp spring rolls. The wait staff is also in need of severe reprimand with regard to the upstairs customers who are highly neglected. I had to get up and get the kid downstairs to get off his phone to come up for service!! Phones should be prohibited and the customers should be continually looked after rather than utterly neglected. ONE YEAR LATER, on a return visit, wait staff continues to be very neglectful of customers, opting instead to pass the time talking amongst themselves rather than tending to the guests. And WHY did I order beef??? The beef quality in Vietnam is so terrible, and this restaurant is no better. Place looks good. Menu looks good.... until you try to use it. Ordered a beer. They didn't have it. Ordered some wine. They didn't have it. Ordered alternatives. Ordered Sea Bass. They didn't have it. Ordered Salmon, Tuna, Fried Rice and Vegetables. They had no Vegetables. Tuna eventually came 10 mins after everything else arrived, cooked as hard as a brick with undercooked fries. Got the bill...... they included the Sea Bass they didn't give us because they didn't have it. Unless you have a good sense of humour and don't want a nice meal.... stay away. This place has a lot of alternative eateries close by.... use one of them. Even staying hungry would be a better alternative than eating here. Worst experience I've had in a restaurant for quite some time. Shame I have to give them a star at all but I feel you all need...

We dined here twice, first time was good food, not so good service. Second time we ordered salmon with passion fruit sauce. The vegetables were cold and rock hard: completely inedible. The prawn and pork spring rolls had whole prawns that were not fresh or peeled and very unappetizing. We noticed an extra charge on the bill which was for wet napkins!! We have never been charged for these before and where not told they were not free. Completely outrageous!!! Very, very disappointed and we returned to our hotel to advise them not to recommend this...
