Booked this hotel thru a 3rd party named Agoda. Upon our arrival, the hotel can't find our reservation even though the reservation shows the correct email address of the hotel. The room is full of cockroaches and ants. Wi-Fi is non-existent. Receptionist is not helpful. On our 3rd day out of 4-day stay, the hotel said that they never get paid thru Agoda. They say that we have to pay double the price that we agreed on Agoda. We had no choice because they are holding our passports. It comes down to a she-said-he-said situation when they said that Agoda cancelled our booking; however, they waited until the 3rd day of our stay to tell us that to force us to pay double the rate. This review is solely for their massage parlor.||Now I thought Thailand had the best massages, these ladies did a surprisingly good job. They utilized professional masseuse techniques, from specific stretches to finding knots that need work. Mind you, some of the masseuses are better than others, but you can coach them to go harder or softer or even switch; whatever it is to your liking. Just make sure to tip very well.
