I ordered a pure matcha latte with normal sugar, while my friend ordered an oat milk matcha latte with less sugar. When the drinks arrived, I noticed that my drink tasted unusual, almost like it was made with oat milk, even though I clearly ordered a pure matcha latte. My friend’s oat milk matcha latte, on the other hand, tasted as expected and was sweeter than mine, which made me think there was a mistake with my drink.

I asked the staff if my drink was made with the wrong milk, but they insisted it was correct, offering no solution or apology.

On another occasion, I ordered a pure matcha latte again, but was given a coconut matcha latte instead. Once again, there was no apology or explanation for the mix-up. The lack of customer care and service was really disappointing. I expected much better. I will not be returning...

I have been coming here regularly, and it’s hands-down my favorite coffee shop in the city. The Americano and Cold Brew are absolutely amazing. Bold, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. I always order one of those every time I visit.

The quality is consistently top-notch, and it honestly makes my day feel complete when I start it here. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is friendly, and the drinks never disappoint. If you’re a fan of strong, clean coffee with a twist, you have to try this place.

Wait 35 minutes for 3 overpriced drinks. Staff sleepy and unhelpful. Cafe latte luke warm, very bitter and without properly frothed milk. Salty coffee was ok, cocoa was also acceptable, but 100% not worth the wait. Advice to the owner - buy a bigger coffee machine with 3 or 4 heads, your customers will thsnk you for it and you'll make more money! Also maybe give your staff some...
