It's intriguing to observe Pasteur Street Brewery's expansion fueled by venture capital. While their Jasmine IPA remains the sole beer that truly satisfies my palate, it's disappointing that several options listed on their menu were unavailable during my recent visit (-1 point).

The food offerings are decent, displaying some evident thoughtfulness, and the atmosphere at the Phu My Hung location is pleasant. However, the staff could benefit from being more attentive instead of wandering aimlessly. If they were zombies, they might score top points, but alas, they are not (-1 point).

Overall, Pasteur Street Brewery falls into the realm of average. The experience is further dampened when Mischa, their salesperson may show up at any moment (neutral). Will I return? Perhaps. Maybe?...

Great place to relax with a few beers and delicious food!

I came here twice during my stay in Saigon, which was under bad circumstances as my girlfriend and I had been in a motorcycle accident and my girlfriend was hospital bound. I needed somewhere to relax and take my mind off things and this place delivered perfectly.

On the first visit I ordered the passion fruit beer and Nashville chicken bites, to be fair, they could have been spicier, they were very mild, but still nice nevertheless. But was just nice to sit and have a few beers.

The second time I ordered the striploin steak with mushroom sauce which was really delicious!!
