Pizza 4P's Cobi Tower — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Starving after working out , we decided to head to Pizza 4P's which is located right in the heart of Phú Mỹ Hưng.

Having heard of the rumors of this restaurant . I was impressed by the quality as well as the service offered.

First, we arrived at the busy time and all the tables were full despite of having reserved at 20:15.They allow us to sit and have a welcome drink. Then about 20 mins later, staffs took us to our seats which is all done by machines.

The architecture of the place is mixed between classic and modern bringing a cozy as well as warm atmosphere .The food is being made instantly so customers have to wait at least 20 mins to be severed. We ordered a salad , a sashimi with cheese and lastly a pizza with burrata cheese and ham.

Then I left my chair and explored the vibe. It is surprised that total is clean and well prepared.

Here is my honest food review :

All those three came with great values .The salad is clean and the sauce is well blended with honey and mustard. In addition , the sashimi bought an interesting experience. It was so fresh and cheesy not to mention a perfect sauce that made me couldn't resist from another bite.

But that wasn't all , the Pizza gave me a deep impression. At first , it wasn't served hot . I tried a bite and found out the crust had such fresh , chewy and crunchy texture . It is a surprised due to none of all places I've tried gave this feeling. The burrata is a little nice touch ! It is softly and freshly made by cow milk mixing with cheese. It is my first time ever tried so I was amazed by the taste. Moreover , basil and tomatoes are also served which brought a nice taste. I would say overall delicious if not the cheesy taste made me fed up and could not finish a whole portion. I requested to take away and they brought me a box.

On the bottom line , it is by far one of the greatest dining experience I have ever had ( I have tried so many places already ) . All things considered , I give this restaurant a 8.5/10 and hope to come back at a soonest date !

My experience wasn't all too pleasant. There was a group of teenagers celebrating a birthday party. They were rowdy and managed to popped two balloons while trying to set up decoration (it was loud). My server immediately came to apologize for the noise (which I truly appreciate). However, I would prefer that they ask the group to blow the balloons outside. It is not that far from the door, honestly.

I ordered lasagna and margherita pizza. The lasagna was delicious and truly worth well of the restaurant's reputation.

However, the margherita pizza was well below expectation. It was soggy, mushy, and runny. The tomato sauce tastes uncooked, and the juice seeps through the dough; wetting the plate. It was impossible to try and pick up the pizza without the topping sliding down. It was just wet all over. Moreover, the dough was hard to bite and too chewy. The taste of the dough was slightly bitter as well.

The cheese was good though. They weren't lying about good cheese.

For the price of the restaurant, I truly expect something better than a sloppy margherita. I managed to eat the pizza because I try not to waste food whenever possible, but I truly do not enjoy the taste or the experience.

I just had to write a review about Pizza 4P's Cobi Tower II! Let me tell you, this place is a hidden gem. I wasn't expecting much from a pizza place in Ho Chi Minh, but wow, was I surprised.

The atmosphere is what really struck me first. They have this calming vibe, like a serene little village. It's decorated with these beautiful blue curtains that look like fishing nets, and there's soft lighting everywhere. It felt totally different from the usual loud restaurants in the city.

But of course, the star of the show is the pizza. The crust! It was light and airy, but with a perfect amount of chew on the outside. The toppings were all so fresh, you could really taste the quality. I had a pizza with seasonal vegetables and some amazing Vietnamese herbs, and it was bursting with flavor.

Overall, Pizza 4P's Cobi Tower II was a fantastic dining experience. It's the perfect place to go for a delicious and unique pizza in a relaxing atmosphere. If you're in Ho Chi Minh and looking for something a little special, definitely...
